Wij kunnen ons goed voorstellen dat u zich afvraagt hoe een waardebepaling werkt en wat u dan eigenlijk krijgt.
Wij komen bij u op bezoek (gratis en vrijblijvend) voor een kennismaking, een kop koffie en voor de woninginspectie. Wij bekijken uw huis en de extra informatie die u heeft zoals bijvoorbeeld een bouwkundig rapport. Het bezoek duurt ongeveer 1 uur en daarna werken wij het rapport verder uit op ons kantoor. Dit neemt nog ongeveer 2 uur in beslag.
Daarbij voeren wij een gedetailleerde marktanalyse uit. We kijken naar vergelijkbare woningen en maken een analyse van de buurt. De informatie uit de woninginspectie en de marktanalyse mixen we met onze eigen kennis en ervaring. En dan volgt het resultaat: een verkoopadvies en een goede inschatting van de verwachte verkoopwaarde. Verder adviseren we over de vraagprijs en de juiste verkoopstrategie.Â

Very friendly and professional people. Martin was our buying agent and quite a few times during house viewings he could tell more about the property than the agent selling it just by examining the place. You might be tempted to think you can do that yourself, but even if you do viewing time is very limited so another pair of trained eyes is beyond helpful. Was also very helpful during price negotiations. Overall I wholeheartedly recommend checking them out, we're certainly happy we did!
